Roshni is the Chief People Officer of OPRG Consulting, which enables greater growth and collaboration across OPRG’s specialized consulting firms, including Daggerwing Group. In addition to providing counsel to Executive Leaders, Roshni manages many elements of employee experience, from recruitment and performance management to policies and specialized L&D. Armed with an MBA specializing in Human Resources and a designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professional Association, Roshni’s background includes working in the technology, food & beverage, and financial services sectors.
