Richard Manns is an Associate Principal at Daggerwing Group. His ability to help clients do change right the first time is based on his background, including MSc in Organizational Psychology and over ten years of experience in both consulting and internal roles across Financial Services, Resources, and Public Sector clients globally. Richard has experience leading across change management, organizational design, and behavioral change – working shoulder to shoulder with clients from strategy through to delivery and benefits realization. He is proficient in using both agile and design thinking approaches to identify the right solution to deliver the right outcomes. When away from the dining room office, he will be out playing any support that he can and attempting a golf swing.
